answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/10/2019 answer text <p>In the event of the UK exiting the EU without a deal, the UK will become a single customs territory and use of an ATA Carnet will be an option for moving goods, such as exhibition stands and musical instruments, temporarily between the UK-EU.</p><p> </p><p>In general, ATA Carnets are one option when moving goods temporarily between customs territories. In our Housing White paper we set out our ambition for a housing market that works for everyone. We expect all housing developers to deliver good quality housing, deliver it on time and to treat house buyers fairly, resolving any problems quickly. All new homes are also subject to supervision by Building Control – local authorities and approved inspectors. As part of their application, electors must satisfy the Electoral Registration Officer that their safety, or that of people they live with, would be at risk if the register contained their name and address. For this purpose electors must provide either a court order or an attestation by a “qualifying officer”, which includes senior police officers and chief social workers. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/06/2015 answer text <p>We are concerned about the closure of the Rafah Pedestrian Crossing and the impact that has, particularly on urgent medical and other priority cases in Gaza. The crossing has been mostly closed since the start of the year while the Egyptian government construct a buffer zone, though we understand the crossing has been opened in recent days for entry into Gaza.</p><p>We have encouraged the Egyptian authorities to ease the movement of bona fide travellers through Rafah, and in the longer term to consider expanding Rafah to passenger transit and humanitarian goods transit, which will help to ease humanitarian pressures. The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond), raised the importance of reopening the Rafah crossing when he spoke with the Egyptian Foreign Minister on 14 January. Seventeen of these proposals were for work associated with Freedom of Religion and Belief (FORB), representing 7.8% of proposals received. Six projects were ultimately funded, to the value of £214,029.
