UK support to ICRC (£10m 2013-5) is helping them to repair water infrastructure damaged by the airstrikes. The electoral arrangements of a local authority (number of councillors and the number and boundaries of electoral areas) are matters that are entirely the responsibility of the independent Local Government Boundary Commission for England which itself makes the statutory order, subject to Parliament not objecting to a draft of the proposed order, implementing any new electoral arrangements. Recommendations for changes to administrative (district and county) boundaries are required to be sent to the Secretary of State but the Commission has no such reviews in hand.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>Reducing reoffending and better rehabilitation of young offenders are key priorities for the Government and we are committed to providing young people with the support they need to achieve this.</p><p> </p><p>The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) holds information on previous convictions for young people who offend, but this is not held by individual establishment or by sector for the youth secure estate.</p><p> </p><p>The Youth Justice Board (YJB) Placements Team holds the assessment record of each young person currently in custody, which would indicate whether or not they have a previous conviction. However, this is management information used to inform individual custody placement decisions. This includes leaflets, vaccination record cards, information on the NHS Choices website, and more detailed clinical guidance to health professionals who are able to advise girls on both the benefits and risks of HPV immunisation. The potential side effects of HPV vaccine are also described in the product information (the Summary of Product Characteristics for healthcare professionals and the Patient Information Leaflet which is included in the pack of each dose of vaccine).</p><p> </p><p>HPV immunisation has a very good safety record, and plays a significant role in reducing the risks of girls contracting cervical cancer as they grow older.</p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), the Government’s expert advisers on immunisation matters, has set up a human papillomavirus (HPV) sub-committee to consider a number of key issues around HPV vaccination, including vaccinating men who have sex with men (MSM) and potential extension of the current programme to include adolescent boys.</p><p> </p><p>The HPV sub-committee will report its findings to the JCVI following consideration of studies by Public Health England on the impact and cost-effectiveness of extending HPV vaccination to MSM or adolescent boys. It is expected that the MSM modelling study will be completed at the end of 2014 at the earliest, and the adolescent boys modelling study will be completed at the end of 2015 at the earliest</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Department will consider carefully the advice from the JCVI once it has completed its assessment.</p> more like this
