answer text <p>Through the Good Work Plan we have committed to legislate on a range of areas to enhance workers’ rights, including to ensure that all tips left to workers go to them in full.</p><p> </p><p>It is important that we get this right and we have been working closely with stakeholders and across Government to prepare this legislation. We are making good progress and will lay measures to implement the Good Work Plan in Parliament as soon as possible.</p><p> </p><p>The Good Work Plan set out an ambitious programme to take forward 51 of the 53 recommendations made in the Taylor Review. We have already implemented key commitments, with Parliament recently passing secondary legislation we brought forward to increase workers’ rights and protections, and improve transparency for workers, from day one.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Chair of the Social Mobility Commission met with ministers and officials across government in preparing the State of the Nation 2019 report. Ahead of its publication, my right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for Education and the Chair met to discuss the report.</p><p>My department welcomes the reports' thorough analysis, which shines a light on where government, businesses and employers can continue raising the bar for everyone living in this country. We will be taking the recommendations seriously.</p><p>We are supportive of the important work that the Social Mobility Commission carries out to promote social mobility across the United Kingdom, which is why my department asked it to launch a £2 million research and evidence fund to identify and spread best practice. The first phase of this is now underway.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Environment Agency (EA) estimates that 10million tonnes of green list (non-hazardous) waste such as uncontaminated waste paper or plastic is exported each year for recycling.</p><p> </p><p>The quantity of notified (hazardous) waste exported in 2016 for recycling was 2.8m tonnes. In 2017 it was 4.2million tonnes and in 2018 it was 4.2million tonnes.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) are responsible for reviewing and allocating offences to forces for investigation if they determine there are sufficient grounds for investigation.</p><p>The Home Office collects information on the number of cases disseminated by the NFIB to police forces for investigation. These data are published annually as part of the Home Office’s ‘Crime Outcomes in England and Wales’ publication. answer text <p>The manufacturer of Evorel transdermal patches has confirmed that supplies of all presentations are currently available. However, they have stated that in some cases supplies are slightly lower than normal and therefore they are applying restrictions on orders as a precaution to ensure limited stock is maintained.</p><p>The Department is aware that the supplier of FemSeven Sequi patches is experiencing long term supply issues. As a result, they are expected to be out of stock until late 2019. We remain in regular contact with the company to resolve this as soon as possible.</p><p>Supplies of other hormone replacement therapy transdermal patches continue to remain available and patients affected have been advised to discuss these alternative treatment options with their clinician.</p> more like this
