It will be important throughout the transition to the recommendations of the Children’s Commissioner are given due regard. This Government has paid out over £23 million since 2012 to help local planning authorities meet their neighbourhood planning responsibilities. Local authorities can apply for funding of £20,000 for every neighbourhood plan that has passed its independent examination and reached referendum stage. Non-Executive Board members are required to work an average of two days per calendar month as per their Terms and Conditions of Appointment and receive a fee of £950 per day. Additional days worked are remunerated at the same daily rate upon presentation of days worked. Therefore we do not record hours. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/10/2018 answer text <p>The impact of HS2 on barn owls was assessed to inform the Phase One Environmental Statement which recorded a nationally significant adverse effect on the UK’s barn owl population.</p><p> </p><p>HS2 Ltd has therefore developed a barn owl mitigation plan to reduce this significant effect.
