During the same period, the volume of police charged cases and referrals for pre-charge decisions has declined. answer text <p>90B(3) of the Scotland Act 1998 stipulated that assets held in joint venture structures, rather than by The Crown Estate alone, were not included in the transfer to Scottish Ministers.</p><p> </p><p>The Crown Estate held a 50% interest in the Gibraltar English Limited Partnership, with the remainder held by the Hercules Unit Trust, advised by British Land.</p><p> </p><p>The Crown Estate operates independently from Government under the Crown Estate Management Act 1961 and therefore HM Treasury has had no discussions on the sale of Fort Kinnaird with private companies.</p><p> </p><p>Revenue from the sale of The Crown Estate’s interest in Fort Kinnaird will be passed to the UK Consolidated Fund, for the benefit of the UK as a whole.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The United Kingdom has a statutory obligation to provide destitute asylum seekers with accommodation, transportation and cash/subsistence support whilst their application for asylum is being considered. UKVI discharges their statutory duty via a suite of COMPASS contracts with three providers; G4S, Serco and Clearsprings Ready Homes. UKVI do not accommodate service users in privately run asylum housing properties</p><p>Accommodation providers are required to provide safe, habitable, fit for purpose and correctly equipped accommodation that complies with the Decent Homes Standard in addition to standards outlined in relevant national or local housing legislation</p><p>The contract requires Providers to inspect each property every month and UKVI inspects a significant proportion of properties each year to ensure standards are being met. Where asylum accommodation is found to be falling short of the required standards UKVI has procedures in place to hold suppliers to account to quickly resolve the issue.</p>

answer text <p>The US administration has a process for domestic US steel consumers to apply for individual product exclusions from US s232 measures. Ministers have held regular meetings with industry and unions to discuss US s232, including hosting the Steel Council on 18<sup>th</sup> June. The Department hosted a meeting on 5 June between US lawyers and UK steel and aluminium industry representatives to share information on the product exclusion process.</p><p>The Department has been working tirelessly on these issue for many months, working in partnership with colleagues from Department of Trade, Foreign &amp; Commonwealth Office and the Cabinet Office.</p><p>We remain in regular dialogue with UK industry and will support them through this process where possible.
