<p>Whilst trusts are in Special Measures for Quality, they will receive increased
support and intensive oversight to help address specific failings. In respect of Kettering
General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, an NHS Improvement support package and Improvement
Director have been put in place to help support the Trust’s improvement journey.</p><p>
</p><p>Trusts in Special Measures for Quality, such as Kettering General Hospital
NHS Foundation Trust, will exit if they have provided the Care Quality Commission
with evidence of improvement in the quality of care delivered, if they are well-led,
and if a solution can be found to sustain sufficient good quality care, in consultation
with NHS Improvement.</p>
