answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>As stated in the answer to Question <a href="https://www.parliament.uk/business/publications/written-questions-answers-statements/written-question/Commons/2018-10-09/177314/" target="_blank">177314</a>, work is already underway to accelerate the roll-out of electronic prescribing and medicines administration systems across the National Health Service in England. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>The Department works with NHS Improvement, NHS England, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), Public Health England, and the Medication Safety Officer Network to improve the safety of medicine use across the National Health Service in England.</p><p> </p><p>The Medication Safety Programme, covering the NHS in England, has been established to take up the World Health Organization’s (WHO) global challenge to reduce the incidence of severe and avoidable harm in relation to medication globally by 50% over five years. Prevalence and Economic Burden of Medication Errors in the NHS in England was published in February 2018.</p><p> </p><p>This study estimated a range of costs to the NHS depending on which costs are included in the analysis. The range is from a baseline of £98.5 million per annum. Since 2015, repeat drink drivers must medically prove they are not alcohol dependent before getting their licence back, and the right to blood testing was removed for drivers who narrowly fail breathalyser tests. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/11/2018 answer text <p>No representation has been received on the exclusion of Christianity from religious education curriculum or the GCSE in religious studies.</p><p> </p><p>Teaching about Christianity is a mandatory element of religious education. All state funded schools in England are required to teach religious education from age 5. This must ‘reflect that the religious traditions of Great Britain are in the main Christian whilst taking account of the teaching and practices of the other principal religions represented in Great Britain.’</p><p> </p><p>The government sets the content specification for Religious Studies GCSEs which requires students to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the fact that the religious traditions of Great Britain are, in the main, Christian.
