The Code is produced by the Director of Public Prosecutions after significant public consultation. The CPS Legal Guidance is available for the public to see on the CPS website at <a href="http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/" target="_blank">http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/</a> . answer text <p>In the last five years two higher education providers were designated under section 129 of the Education Reform Act 1988 - The National Film and Television School and The Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. Both were designated in 2013.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>To date neither has received funding for capital works.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In 2008 the National Film and Television School had a two year full time post graduate course specifically designated allowing eligible students to apply for disabled students’ allowance, this lapsed at the point that they became a publicly funded higher education institution.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine had no courses specifically designated for student support prior to them becoming a publicly funded higher education institution.</p><p> </p> more like this

My Rt hon Friend the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills has not held any discussions with the National Federation of SubPostmasters specifically on the subject of vehicle tax.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Ministers meet the National Federation of SubPostmasters regularly to discuss a range of issues relating to the Post Office network. answer text <p>All guidance specialists working for Pension Wise will receive high quality and rigorous training, whether they are delivering guidance face to face or over the phone. They will be required to pass a certificated test to demonstrate they have the necessary technical knowledge and guidance skills to deliver the guidance. The training programme is designed in accordance with FCA standards, and will be accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute, a well-respected professional standards body in the financial services industry.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>HM Treasury’s delivery partners, TPAS and Citizens Advice, Citizens Advice Scotland and Citizens Advice Northern Ireland are currently recruiting guidance specialists. Recruitment strategies and the setting of pay scales is the responsibility of individual delivery partners.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>At Budget 2014, the Chancellor allocated a development fund of up to £20m to establish the initial guidance service. Spending on advertising will be published as part of the government’s Transparency Agenda. Initial funding to The Pension Advisory Service (TPAS) and the Citizen Advice organisations will be included in the HM Treasury Accounts to be published in July.</p><p> </p>
