answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/10/2014 answer text <p>The new Employment Tribunal rules of procedure, which implemented the recommendations of the Underhill Review, were implemented on 29 July 2013. These rules allow tribunals to identify weak or vexatious claims at an early stage through an initial sift and to manage them effectively through measures such as deposit orders. We want to see jobs created and protected, and for those jobs to provide employees with appropriate reward for their hard work.</p><p> </p><p>The Government does not believe that overtime that is non-compulsory or non-guaranteed should be included in holiday pay. We argued accordingly when we intervened in the case of <em>Fulton v Bear Scotland</em> which was heard by the Employment Appeal Tribunal in late July. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/09/2014 answer text <p> </p><p>The current outbreak of Ebola poses a serious public health risk to West Africa and is deeply concerning. The UK is taking a leading role in working with the countries affected and with the international community to ensure that the outbreak is contained and help reaches those in need. In total, over £25 million of British funding is supporting the global effort to contain this disease. This includes £5 million of new direct funding to help partners working on the ground like the WHO, Red Cross and Médecins Sans Frontières‎ to treat victims and prevent the spread of Ebola. Given the UK’s historical relationship with Sierra Leone, the majority of UK direct funding is supporting the response in that country.
