The Department works closely with Motability and facilitates the transfer of benefit to Motability on behalf of those claimants who have chosen to join the Motability schemes.</p><p>Responsibility for the charity’s policies and operational strategy falls to the Governors and Director of Motability. Motability is wholly responsible for the administration of the Motability scheme including collating its own management information. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/10/2014 answer text <p>We are concerned about all instances of anti-Semitism, and regularly raise this issue with a number of countries, including those referred to in the Honorable Member's question, though we do not hold a central record of every time we have done so. Our Embassies and High Commissions monitor cases of anti-Semitism and raise them with their host governments. We support the efforts of EU partners to tackle racism in all its forms. For instance, a number of Ministers, including the Home Secretary, strongly condemned the murders at the Jewish Museum in Brussels in May.</p><p>Anti-Semitism (and particularly Holocaust denial and denigration) are regularly discussed during meetings of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) in a dedicated Committee, and as a formal agenda item during the plenary meetings held twice a year. The UK Envoy for Post-Holocaust Issues, Sir Andrew Burns, leads an active UK delegation in these discussions. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/10/2014 answer text <p>In the latter half of Control Period 4 (2009-14) it became clear that Network Rail faced serious Executive retention risks which threatened leadership continuity. Accordingly, at the company’s 2012 Annual General Meeting, Network Rail’s members agreed one-off performance related retention payments for three Executive Directors if they remained in post for the entirety of the Control Period. These retention payments were implemented when Network Rail was a private sector company limited by guarantee.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>On 1 September Network Rail was reclassified to the public sector. As an arm’s-length public sector body, it must use public money proportionately and with probity and ensure that reward and remuneration do not go beyond what is needed to ensure sustained high performance. As part of new governance arrangements, Executive Director remuneration will be set by Network Rail’s Remuneration Committee but must be approved by the Secretary of State and the Chief Secretary to HM Treasury.
