answer text <p>The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) publishes official statistics on work-related fatal injuries at <a href="https://www.hse.gov.uk/statistics/fatals.htm" target="_blank">https://www.hse.gov.uk/statistics/fatals.htm</a>.
