answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/02/2020 answer text <p>The Syria conflict has had a significant impact on neighbouring countries, including Lebanon, Turkey, Jordan and Iraq. The UN estimates that since the conflict began in 2011, over 5.5 million Syrians have fled and taken refuge abroad.</p><p>The UK recognises the strain this has placed on these countries, and has committed £2.81 billion since the start of the Syria crisis to support both Syria and its neighbours. Our aid provides life-saving support to millions of Syrians, but also supports refugees to remain in countries in the region, whilst supporting these host communities to accommodate them.</p><p>Whilst we hope that Syrian refugees will, ultimately, be able to return home, we agree with the UN judgement that conditions in Syria do not currently allow this. I also spoke with new Lebanese Foreign Minister Dr. Nassif Hitti on 28 January. The formation of a new government in Lebanon is an important first step. The UK and other members of the International Support Group for Lebanon have consistently called for the urgent formation of an effective and capable government which reflects the aspirations of the Lebanese people, and stressed that the right of peaceful protest must continue to be respected. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/01/2020 answer text <p>We are working with partners across Government to ensure offenders receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.</p><p> </p><p>The National Health Service is leading on work to divert people away from the prison system and into community care, and, through its NHS Long Term Plan, it is committed to all people receiving a physical and mental health screen on entry to prison and a follow up appointment within seven days or sooner. The NHS England revised mental health and substance misuse service specifications in 2017 introduced a trauma-informed approach to care which is also reflected in the revised health and justice primary care specification due to be published in the spring. Sponsoring employers must pay their workers at least the general salary threshold of £25,600, or the going rate for their particular occupation, whichever is higher. This includes a general salary threshold of £25,600. However, the tradeable points mean a person can earn a lower salary if they are a new entrant to the labour market, working in a job on the Shortage Occupation List or they have a relevant PHD.
