answer text
The provision of specialist physiotherapy for muscle-wasting conditions, or neuromuscular disorders, is a local matter. NHS England has published service specifications for neurological care for both children and adults. These include exemplar service specifications for neuromuscular conditions, inclusive of muscle-wasting conditions, and set out what providers must have in place to offer evidence-based, safe and effective services. This includes access to physiotherapy. This guidance can be found by following the links below:

www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/e09-paedi-neurology.pdf

www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/d04-neurosci-spec-neuro.pdf
more like this

answer text
The Government published a response in December 2016 outlining improvements to the existing penalty fares scheme and appeals procedure. This includes improving the Penalty Fares appeals system by adding a third stage, where appeals will be considered by an independent appeals panel. Train operators and appeals bodies will also be required to provide data on penalty fares appeals. This will strengthen department oversight of penalty fares appeals bodies and operators who issue penalty fares.
more like this

We are working with the United States, the UN and our Coalition partners to urge all parties to continue to take steps to de-escalate the situation, coordinate security arrangements and avoid violence.

I discussed the situation with the Iraqi Foreign and Interior Ministers on 17 October. The Foreign Secretary spoke to Prime Minister Abadi on 19 and 29 October, and to Kurdish Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani on 29 October. On all of these occasions we made it clear that we support Iraq's unity and territorial integrity, and that the long-term security and prosperity of all Iraqis can only be met through dialogue and cooperation.
