answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/02/2019 answer text <p>The terms on whether and how a deposit will be paid by the tenants of a commercial property, and how they will be retained, should be included within the commercial lease agreement agreed by both the landlord and the tenant. It is considered to be best practice to include a rent deposit deed, which is a document that sets how a landlord secures a commercial tenant's deposit.</p><p>Under the tenancy deposit protection legislation introduced in the Housing Act 2004, all landlords letting on residential assured shorthold tenancies are required to protect their tenants' deposits in a government-approved scheme within 30 days of taking the deposit. The landlord must also serve the tenant with certain prescribed information within the same thirty-day period. We do not currently have any plans to require the use of a tenancy deposit scheme for commercial tenancies.</p><p>Since 1 October 2014, it has been a legal requirement for lettings agents and property managers in England to join one of two government-approved redress schemes: the Property Ombudsman or the Property Redress Scheme. The letting agent or property manager should arbitrate any disputes between the landlord or tenant in the first instance. This includes recruiting the staff needed to support these levels and meet local needs.</p><p> </p><p>Dermatology is a highly competitive specialty training pathway and often oversubscribed. Nationally and locally there has been a 100% fill rate in dermatology training for the past four years. In May 2010 there were 464 full time equivalent dermatologists (doctors at the consultant grade) and in October 2018 there were 577 full time equivalent dermatologists – a 24% increase.</p><p> </p><p>My Rt. hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has commissioned Baroness Dido Harding, working closely with Sir David Behan, to lead a number of programmes to engage with key NHS interests to develop a detailed workforce implementation plan. These programmes will consider detailed proposals to grow the workforce, including consideration of additional staff and skills required, build a supportive working culture in the NHS and ensure first rate leadership for NHS staff.</p><p> </p><p>Baroness Harding will present initial recommendations to the Department in spring 2019. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/02/2019 answer text <p>The Home Office does not routinely publish data on its inspection activity.</p><p><br>Local Authorities are actively engaged in the inspection and monitoring of properties used by asylum seekers and we welcome their input and expertise. In the first instance we expect Providers to develop close working relationships with Local Authorities on property standards and in particular they must com-ply with local authority licensing and regulation regimes. Where licences are applicable and issued the Local Authority can and do inspect property stand-ards to ensure they comply.</p><p><br>We encourage our Providers to take a proactive role in engaging Local Author-ities on property standards and would expect that in the first instance that Pro-viders and local authorities inspect jointly where that is required. This has in-cluded joint inspections with over 25 Local Authorities over the last 12 months.</p><p><br>The offer to inspect jointly with UKVI or the accommodation provider is open to all Local Authority areas though we cannot compel them to do so. If Local Au-thorities feel they do not have sufficient resource to inspect with UKVI, or the accommodation Provider, then the Home Office is committed to using its re-source to inspect areas of concern and feedback our findings.</p><p><br>As part of our Assurance Plan, we have offered a pilot to three Local Authority areas in the Yorkshire and Humberside region.
