The new Language Services Framework Agreement will provide users of British Sign Language translators with a high-quality, cost-effective service that maintains national interpreting standards. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/03/2015 answer text <p>This is a historic partnership between local organisations in Greater Manchester, with general practitioners as clinical leaders working with elected leaders to improve services for people living in the area.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The National Health Service bodies involved, including NHS England and the relevant clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), will remain accountable for the exercise of their functions, including the commissioning of specialised services.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>During 2015/16 funding arrangements will not change. However from April 2016, CCGs, local authorities and NHS England intend to pool even greater resources to allow integrated, local decision-making. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/03/2015 answer text <p>The Coalition Government is committed to building confidence and making it <br>easier for victims of all types of hate crime to come forward and report what <br>has happened to them.<br><br>We are working with key voluntary sector organisations to encourage greater <br>reporting of all hate crimes, for example through the use of third party <br>reporting services such as Tell MAMA. We are also working closely with the <br>police to support the development of their True Vision website, which allows <br>victims of hate crime to report it electronically. <br><br>We provided start-up funding for the Tell MAMA website in 2011/12, and we have <br>also set up the first ever cross-government working group on anti-Muslim <br>hatred. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/01/2015 answer text <p /> <p>Children in receipt of disability living allowance (DLA) who live in an area where reassessment activity in relation to inviting claims to personal independence payment (PIP) for existing DLA recipients has started are invited to claim PIP on or shortly after their 16<sup>th</sup> birthday.
