answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/07/2018 answer text <p>The UK Emergency Medical Team recently deployed to Bangladesh following the diphtheria outbreak in December 2017. DFID also has the option to deploy Team personnel only to work in existing national health facilities and did so to Nepal in 2015, Gaza in 2014 and the Philippines in 2013.</p><p>Taking into account lessons learned from previous deployments, including safety concerns for deploying UK nationals and problems with access and permits, the current Emergency Medical Team is not designed to be deployed into active conflict zones. Prior to April 2015 the DNSR Annual Assurance Reports, available on GOV.uk, detail the assurance activity conducted by the Regulator. Since this date the reports and contents have been redacted in full, to ensure our capabilities are not compromised. Detailed information on findings for the period specified is not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/07/2018 answer text <p>The Health and Safety Executive has clarified that sanitary facilities must be made available to visiting drivers, such as those delivering at distribution centres. It intends to publish revised guidance to this effect later this year. The Department will continue to work with stakeholders and the Health and Safety Executive to ensure that the change is effectively communicated to relevant parties.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, the Department is working to increase the availability of formal overnight lorry parking, with adequate driver welfare facilities.
