Restricted patients are patients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983 following criminal proceedings and subject to a restriction order or a restriction or limitation direction. Two absconded in the last week in April 2014. The remaining four are long term, one from each of the years 2004, 2006, 2009 and 2010.</p><p> </p><p>The information is not available in the format requested.
