Decisions on the future funding for the RHI will be set out in the Spending Review.</p><p> </p><p>As announced by the Chancellor in the Spring Statement, Government also intends to introduce a Future Homes Standard by 2025, for new build homes to be future-proofed with low carbon heating and world-leading levels of energy efficiency. We also intend to increase the proportion of green gas in the grid. The Prime Minister must appoint a person who holds or has held high judicial office, and the candidate must be recommended jointly by the Lord Chancellor, (b) the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, (c) the Lord President of the Court of Session, and (d) the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland.</p><p>Section 227(5) of the Act provides that the Prime Minster must consult with Scottish Ministers before making the appointment. I have written to my counterparts in all the other devolved nations, including the Permanent Secretary of Northern Ireland, inviting them to meet to discuss this issue at the earliest opportunity. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/06/2019 answer text <p>Since April 2007 (when offences started to be recorded on the Joint Personnel Administration system), no members of the Royal Navy or Royal Air Force have been investigated or discharged from Service as a result of membership of the named organisations.</p><p>During that time, less than five (this figure is rounded to avoid identification) members of the Army were investigated and discharged due to membership of National Action.</p><p>Extremist ideologies are completely at odds with the values and standards of the military. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/06/2019 answer text <p>The department is investing up to £26 million in a breakfast club programme, using funds from the Soft Drinks Industry Levy revenues. This money will kick-start or improve breakfast clubs in over 1,700 schools. The focus of these clubs has been to target the most disadvantaged areas of the country – including the Department for Education’s Opportunity Areas – to help make sure every child gets the best start in life.</p><p>A contract was awarded to Family Action in March 2018 and will run until March 2020. Family Action, in partnership with Magic Breakfast, have both been named as the leading charities responsible for running the Breakfast Club programme. Family Action are distributing the appropriate funding to participating schools who meet the eligibility criteria.</p><p>We monitor management information from the programme on an ongoing basis and will also review the effectiveness of the programme fully once the programme concludes including the number of children attending.</p><p>In March 2019, Family Action indicated that by the start of the summer term over 250,000 children would be benefiting from the programme. The contract for the National Schools Breakfast Programme required the contractor Family Action to provide breakfast provision to at least 1,500 schools across England. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/06/2019 answer text <p>HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is currently available through the three year, NHS England funded, PrEP impact trial, which is providing HIV prevention drugs to people at high risk of HIV infection. Expansion of the trial is underway across the country following the my Rt. hon. Friend Secretary of State for Health and Social Care’s announcement in January that the trial would be expanded to 26,000 people. Participation in the trial is on a voluntary basis and it is for local authorities to decide whether they wish to take part.
