answer text <p>Protection against measles is provided in the combination measles, mumps and rubella vaccine (MMR), offered to children at the age of one year, and three years four months but always remains available as a catch up vaccination.</p><p>The latest quarterly Cover of Vaccination Evaluated Rapidly uptake data can be found on the Public Health England (PHE) website, at:</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/cover-of-vaccination-evaluated-rapidly-cover-programme-2016-to-2017-quarterly-data" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/cover-of-vaccination-evaluated-rapidly-cover-programme-2016-to-2017-quarterly-data</a></p><p> </p><p>England coverage of the first dose of MMR vaccine at five years continues to exceed the World Health Organization target of 95%.</p><p> </p><p>In November 2016 a measles and rubella elimination strategy group was established to oversee the development of a United Kingdom-wide Measles and Rubella elimination strategy.</p><p> </p><p>PHE and NHS England work closely with providers at a local level to target specific communities where uptake of the MMR vaccine is known to be poor, as well as widening access by commissioning a range of alternative providers to complement existing general practitioner activities and community health service delivered immunisations.</p>

answer text <p>The three Services measure the recruitment process in different ways, reflecting the differing requirements of each Service. Therefore, the numbers presented here are not directly comparable.</p><p>In the Maritime Reserve, the median time taken for an applicant to be accepted onto a Phase 1 training course is currently 147 days.</p><p>In the Army Reserve, the median time taken for an applicant to be enlisted in Financial Year (FY) 2016-17 was 138 days.</p><p>In the RAF Reserves, the average length of time from application to attestation in FY 2016-17 was 62 days.</p><p>We have put in place a number of initiatives which encourage participation with the Reserves at an early stage in the recruitment process, including early attestation and involvement of individual applicants with their chosen Reserve unit.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Rolling stock procurement, generally by Train Operating Companies, delivers significant economic and social benefit in the UK.</p><p> </p><p>The recent announcement from Bombardier confirmed that they have secured an order from First MTR South Western Trains Limited for 750 new carriages. This is just the latest in a series of orders for Bombardier, following on from a recent large order from Abellio Greater Anglia. Since 2010 Bombardier have secured orders for over 2,800 new carriages, all of which have been and are being built in Derby where over 1600 people are employed. Furthermore, since Hitachi opened their manufacturing facility in Newton Aycliffe, over 700 jobs have been created including apprenticeships and graduate roles.</p><p> </p><p>I am determined that our investment in the rail network continues to benefit the UK economy. Where appropriate we do exploit the scope we have to use our procurement to add value. For example, the recent Periodic Indicative Notice issued by HS2 Limited in relation to their forthcoming rolling stock procurement asks applicants to make clear how their proposal would create employment and develop capability.</p><p> </p>

answer text <p>Parties in receipt of Short Money are required to provide the Accounting Officer of the House of Commons with a certificate of an independent auditor to confirm that all expenses in respect of which the party received financial assistance were incurred exclusively in relation to the party’s parliamentary business. In addition, parties must now provide information relating to staffing and other costs as set out in resolutions dated 23 March 2016 and 7 July 2016.</p><p> </p><p>The deadline for providing this information for the 2016/17 financial year is 31 May 2017 and details will be added to Parliament’s website as soon as is practically possible after this date.</p> more like this

This includes fees for online and press advertising, where appropriate, for which the agencies pay and for which we reimburse them. I have asked the House authorities to send to the hon. Member contact details of the responsible officers of the grant-funded bodies so that he can seek that information from them. The Commission does not require them to report on any use of head hunters or the costs of any such use.</p> more like this
