answer text <p>All EU businesses that make supplies covered by the new rules will have to account for VAT in the Member States in which their customers are located.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>HMRC has provided extensive guidance to assist businesses including organising a Twitter Clinic and publishing answers to the main questions and has met with Enterprise Nation to hear the concerns of micro businesses.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>HMRC has taken a number of steps to assist small businesses in particular. answer text <p>The crude oil price is currently around $60 per barrel having fallen around 45 per cent since their peak in June last year.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The fall in crude oil prices are being passed through in lower prices at petrol pumps. The average price of petrol has fallen by 15.3 per cent from its peak of 131 pence per litre in July last year to 111 pence per litre. Average diesel prices have fallen by 14.5 per cent from their peak last year.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The government has made very clear that it will watch industry to ensure that savings from the fall in oil prices are being passed through to consumers.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>Much like other commodities, local costs of LPG depend on the local market, including regional competition factors and the different costs of transporting fuel to different regions. Costs can also vary between regions, both between suppliers and (in the case of heating LPG) according to delivery costs for different customers. answer text <p>Local authorities are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with procurement rules and all other relevant legislation.</p><p>I have recently sought legal advice on the relationship and interaction between the duties on local authorities in respect of the placement of children and young people with SEN in specialist educational institutions and local authority obligations to tender for services under the public procurement regime. In the light of the legal advice I receive, we will communicate with local authorities in the spring so they are clear on the position.</p> more like this
