<p>The Home Office publishes statistics on people entering, leaving and in detention
in the 'Immigration Statistics Quarterly Release', which can be found on Gov.uk. The
number of people in detention at the end of each quarter can be broken down by place
of detention in table Det_D02 of the 'Detention detailed tables' - which is attached.
The latest data relate to those in detention at the end of December 2021.</p><p>Information
on how to use the dataset can be found in the ‘Notes’ page of the workbook.</p>
