	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/11/2019 answer text <p>On 11 October 2019 we notified local authorities of their provisional allocations of high needs funding for the next financial year 2020-21, which included an additional £780 million, compared to their 2019-20 allocations. This additional £780 million will not be ring-fenced within the total high needs funding allocations to local authorities, which will rise to over £7 billion next year. We are closely monitoring the market situation and continue to engage with the potato growing, manufacturing and processing sectors to supplement Government data with real-time intelligence.</p><p> </p><p>The UK has a highly resilient food supply chain, with a high degree of food security built on strong domestic production and supply from diverse sources. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/01/2020 answer text <p>I spoke with former Lebanese Prime Minister Hariri on 9 December 2019 about the situation and with new Lebanese Foreign Minister Dr. Nassif Hitti on 28 January. Members of the International Support Group for Lebanon – including the UK – met in December 2019. The group reiterated its support to Lebanon and was unified in calling for the swift formation of a Government capable of meeting the aspirations expressed by Lebanese and capable of delivering the urgently required economic reform; it also reiterated that the right for peaceful protest must continue to be respected.
