answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/09/2017 answer text <p>The department does not hold any information on stadium purchases in the UK or subsequent closures.</p><p> </p><p>Sport England has a role as a statutory consultee on any planning application for the redevelopment of a stadium where they contain a pitch, as this would fall under the definition of a playing field. We are considering those responses and will publish a Government response shortly.</p><p>Statutory guidance on the transparency in supply chains measure will be published to coincide with the commencement of the transparency provisions in the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
