We gave these reforms a high profile launch at the British Association of Adoption and Fostering conference on permanence in October 2014, where they formed the centrepiece of my speech.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Care Planning and Fostering (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2015 and associated guidance came into force on 1 April 2015.
