answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/10/2019 answer text <p>Public Health England monitors trends in the level of childhood vaccination rates.</p><p>Although vaccination rates remain high, England has seen a small decline in coverage since 2013. The most recent figures, published in September 2019, show vaccine coverage increased slightly or remained the same compared to the last quarter for all vaccines, with the exception of flu vaccine uptake, when measured in children aged one, two and five years old.
