<p>The UKVI MP Account Management teams are provided with guidance on the EU Settlement Scheme, which is approved and updated by the relevant Policy and Operational experts as appropriate. When necessary, staff are also able to seek advice from relevant experts regarding the scheme, in order to address enquiries.</p>
