answer text <p>Where an applicant provides credible evidence of the life-threatening illness or death of a close family member overseas, UKVI will expedite the application regardless of its date of submission, unless there are serious countervailing factors which necessitate holding the case. The speed with which a decision can be despatched on an expedited case depends on the completeness of the supporting evidence submitted. No review is planned.</p> more like this
