answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/01/2022 answer text <p>Recent estimates of the average length of time it takes for lorries to pass through customs at Dover have not been made. Short delays to freight movements have not been caused by new customs processes. The main causes were ship-fitting, which reduces capacity across the short straits, and higher than expected freight volumes. The Goods Vehicle Movement System and other customs systems are online and working as planned.</p><p> </p><p>The Borders are flowing, we are continuing to monitor the situation closely, and are engaging with industry groups and local stakeholders in Kent.</p><p> </p><p>We always act to preserve the flow, but we will not compromise on the security of the UK at the border. This includes fiscal security. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/11/2020 answer text <p>The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) supports some of the poorest and most vulnerable people through social protection programmes in over 25 countries. We recognise their potential to deliver gender equality outcomes, including girls' education, and are working with governments and international partners to strengthen the gender responsiveness of social protection policies and programmes in developing countries. Our Gender-Responsive Social Protection and Better Assistance in Crises programmes are providing expert advice to FCDO country offices, governments and partner organisations on how to strengthen social protection measures in the COVID-19 response, including how to deliver more effectively for women and girls. We will continue to encourage a strong gender focus in social protection programmes and systems in the COVID-19 recovery.</p><p>The UK is committed to supporting children in developing countries to return to school when it is safe to do so, and recognises the important role social protection can play in safeguarding the wellbeing of individuals and their families during times of crisis, and in helping families to meet the direct and indirect costs of sending girls to schools. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/11/2017 answer text <p>The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) encourages anyone to report a suspected adverse reaction (ADR) to a vaccine or medicine through the Yellow Card Scheme:</p><p> </p><p><a href="http://www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard" target="_blank">www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard</a></p><p>A Yellow Card report is not proof of a side effect occurring, but a suspicion by the reporter that the vaccine or medicine may have been the cause. Such reports are kept under continual review to identify potential new risks.</p><p> </p><p>Between 31 October 2014 – 30 October 2017 a total of 649 serious suspected adverse reaction (ADR) reports with human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccines have been reported to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) via the Yellow Card Scheme (data run date: 1 November 2017).
