However, where the public body in question would be amenable to judicial review in relation to the decision, the Bill is clear that judicial review is still available to any persons, irrespective of the other enforcement provisions in the Bill. Their eligibility for a COVID-19 vaccine here is not predicated on having had one abroad.</p><p>When students arrive in the UK, they should register with a local GP surgery as soon as possible. There may be a GP surgery attached to their university. People who are registered with a GP will be contacted by their surgery to book their vaccine via an online or telephone system when they are eligible. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/07/2017 answer text <p>The G markings placed against EU citizens on the electoral register denotes their eligibility to vote at local and Assembly elections. The K marking denotes an EU citizen who has confirmed that they intend to vote in Northern Ireland, rather than their home state, at a specific European Parliamentary election. The K designation only lasts for one year and consequently there are currently no individuals with a K marking on the Northern Ireland register.</p><p> </p><p>UK, Irish and Commonwealth citizens are eligible to register to vote in UK General Parliamentary Elections.
