<p>A non-EU citizen who is not a family member of an EU citizen is required to present a valid national passport or other document which satisfactorily establishes identity and nationality and where required by the Immigration Rules additionally a UK visa or evidence of Leave to Remain in order to enter and reside in the UK.</p>
