answer text
The Government publishes honours transparency data broken down by both town/city and county. Data is collected using the county the recipient gives as their correspondence address (usually their home address rather than their places of origin). This data relates only to the main Prime Minister’s List and does not include data from the Defence List or the Overseas and International List, which are not administered by the Cabinet Office. The transparency data for the Birthday Honours List 2021 can be accessed at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-queens-birthday-honours-2021.

As noted in PQ HL11724, answered on 19 January 2021, the Government does not collate data against political administrative areas and we cannot provide information regarding honours awarded in the Sheffield City Region.

answer text
The Government is fully aware of the importance of molybdenum-99 and the reliance on this medical radioisotope for diagnostic procedures in the National Health Service. The United Kingdom’s ability to import medical isotopes from Europe and the rest of the world will not be affected by withdrawal from Euratom. It is in everyone’s interest to not disrupt the timely access of treatment to patients and to ensure that cross-border trade with the European Union and Euratom is as frictionless as possible.
more like this

answer text
The UK recognises the Republic of Cyprus. Like all other states, except Turkey, we do not recognise the self-proclaimed "Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus". It is for the Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot communities to reach an agreement on how to live together on their shared island. It is on that basis that the UN has supported the two communities in their negotiations since 1977. This approach is in line with our international commitments, and we will continue to support UN efforts to facilitate a comprehensive and lasting settlement.

more like this
