The service will build on insights gathered from over 2000 employers and around 400 training providers. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/05/2016 answer text <p>The Government supports the wider use of information technologies in health and social care and the creation of a paperless National Health Service by 2020.</p><p> </p><p>Investments in health technology were announced in the autumn statement and will help patients and staff access the services they need and facilitate use of online services and apps including those that enable communication between patients and their medical and other health and social care practitioners.</p><p> </p><p>The Government welcomes the recommendations to increase take-up of internet enabled services that were made by Martha Lane Fox in December 2015. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/05/2016 answer text <p>No data is collected on the number of raccoon dogs in the UK.</p><p>There are currently no plans to ban the ownership of this species inside or outside licensed zoos.</p><p>It is currently an offence under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to release a raccoon dog, or allow one to escape, into the wild. If an animal were to escape it would first be the responsibility of the owner to recapture the animal. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/05/2016 answer text <p>Public Health England (PHE) is not planning to launch any new guidance or introduce warnings in light of the study referred to in the question and any public advice now falls within the remit of NHS Choices.</p><p> </p><p>PHE published national guidance for the diagnosis, treatment and management of PVL-positive strains of S Aureus (PVL-SA) infections, an element of this includes the management of skin boils and abscesses caused by PVL-SA. PVL-SA are strains of a bacterium called <em>Staphylococcus aureus</em> that can produce a particular toxin (Panton-Valentine Luekocidin or PVL). Such strains are strongly associated with skin boils and abscesses which can be aggressive and recurrent in nature. A copy of the <em>Guidance on the diagnosis and management of PVL-associated Staphylococcus aureus infections (PVL-SA) in England</em> is attached.</p><p> </p><p>PHE produced two leaflets called <em>Patient Information Sheet</em> – <em>Staphylococcus aureus </em>and<em> Boils and Skin Infections: Information for the Public</em> advising individuals on boils and abscesses caused by PVL-SA in response to particular “at risk” local environments and scenarios including schools, sporting groups and military recruits. The main advice in these leaflets is information as to where PVL-SA bacteria can be found, the infections it can cause and practical advice on how patients can minimise the risk of transferring the bacteria to others and experiencing repeated infections. This included boxes detailing the impact of EU membership on key business sectors such as financial services, aerospace and pharmaceuticals.</p><p> </p><p>According to this analysis, key sectors would be worse off due to reduced access to the Single Market. For example, losing customs-free movement of goods could cause customs delays. In time-sensitive industries, each hour of customs delay can reduce trade by 5%. Treasury analysis also provides a sectoral breakdown of the 3.3 million jobs which are linked to trade with the EU.</p><p> </p><p>The Prime Minister has spoken about the benefits of EU membership at a number of businesses throughout the UK. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/05/2016 answer text <p>One person without a home is one too many which is why we have increased central investment to tackle homelessness over the next four years to £139 million.</p><p>Homelessness is rarely the result of a personal housing crisis alone and we know that many rough sleepers and homeless people have complex needs, such as mental health difficulties or substance misuse, which result in poor life chances.</p><p>That is why we announced at Budget 2016 that we are developing a new £10 million national Social Impact Bond programme, to help homeless people with complex needs off the streets. We want to drive innovative ways to support those with the most complex needs, including ‘Housing First’. All asylum seeking children who arrive in the UK and are unaccompanied are referred to a local authority. Those local authorities hold responsibility for assessing their needs and providing services based on the outcome of the assessment.</p><p>The Government is clear about our moral responsibility to assist those who are suffering as a result of conflict and recognises that those fleeing persecution have a legal entitlement to protection. We worked with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to design and launch the ‘Children at Risk’ resettlement scheme. On the UNHCR’s recommendation, the scheme will not target unaccompanied children alone, but will be extended to all ‘Children at Risk’ as defined by the UNHCR who are in the Middle East and North Africa. We have committed to resettling several hundred individuals in the first year with a view to resettling up to 3,000 individuals over the lifetime of this Parliament, the majority of whom will be children.</p><p>As stated above, we cannot comment on the number of children in other countries. However, figures on asylum applications for Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC) in the UK are published quarterly by the Home Office in the Immigration Statistics release. A copy of the latest release, Immigration Statistics October to December 2015, is available from: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/immigration-statistics-october-to-december-2015.</p><p>There were 142 applications for asylum from UASCs, excluding dependants, for nationals of Sudan during 2015. No such applications were received from nationals of South Sudan in 2015. UNHCR have published statistics on estimated numbers of children in countries, including South Sudan. We are working with partners, including through the Khartoum Process, to obtain a more systematic quantitative and qualitative data on flows and drivers of migration in source, transit and destination countries.</p><p>The UK is funding data analysis and evidence review work by the International Organization for Migration and the Open Data Institute on migration into the EU through the central Mediterranean route.
