By law, prisoners serving indeterminate sentences who have completed their tariff will be released only when the Parole Board concludes that it is no longer necessary on the grounds of public protection for them to remain confined.</p><p> </p><p>The HM Prison and Probation Service IPP Action Plan remains the route by which IPP offenders can be supported to progress towards safe release. As per the Government’s response to the Justice Select Committee’s report on the IPP sentence, work to refresh the Action Plan is already underway.</p><p> </p><p>The modelling of the IPP population will be revised to take account of any potential impact delivered through the refreshed IPP Action Plan, due to be published at the end of March. The Action Plan promotes the progression of offenders serving the IPP sentence. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/02/2022 answer text <p>The Integrated Review committed the UK to fortifying its position as a world-leading and responsible cyber power, taking a new, full spectrum approach to the UK’s cyber capability through keeping our people safe, staying ahead of our enemies and improving the lives of the British people.</p><p> </p><p>Robust domestic legislation is key to achieving this mission and whilst the Computer Misuse Act has proved to be an effective piece of legislation, we need to ensure that it remains able to tackle the ever-changing cyber threat. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/03/2018 answer text <p><br>Following the closure of the Government’s consultation on ‘Caste in Great Britain and Equality Law’ on 18 September 2017, we received 42 late responses in five separate postal mailings. This constituted 0.26% of the total number of responses received, and included responses from both those in favour of and those opposed to explicit legal protection against caste discrimination being included in the Equality Act 2010. Almost all late responses were campaign responses identical to others which had arrived on time.</p><p>Respondents had already had almost six months to reply to the consultation, and late responses were not taken into account in the Government’s analysis of the consultation’s results. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/03/2017 answer text <p>The UK is extremely concerned to hear of reports from Save the Children that they have experienced delays to delivery of shipments into Hodeidah port, significantly impacting delivery of aid to vulnerable Yemenis.</p><p>The UK continues to lobby all parties to the conflict to facilitate commercial and humanitarian access. The UK is not a Flag state for any Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) vessels, so has not been involved in investigating this issue. We have processes in place to verify the provenance of any vessel registered under the British flag.</p><p>There are documented links between the DPRK’s diplomatic missions and its proliferation activity which are in breach of sanctions. For example, the UN DPRK Panel of Experts reported that DPRK Embassy officials in Cuba were engaged in making arrangements for the 2013 Chong Chon Gang shipment of conventional arms and related materials in violation of UN Security Council Resolutions.
