answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/02/2023 answer text <p>Currently there is no cap on the number of asylum seekers per 100,000 of the resident population. However, to support full dispersal plans have been developed in partnership with local government across the 9 England regions and Scotland and Wales, to agree a more equitable spread of dispersed accommodation across the UK. These plans ensure that no individual area is asked to support more than 0.5 per cent of its resident population.</p><p> </p><p>Northern Ireland is not excluded from dispersal; they accommodate asylum seekers who arrive and claim asylum in Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland is not listed under the Full Dispersal Model as we don’t routinely transport people across the Irish Sea. The onus is on the Government of Zimbabwe to ensure that all citizens have the ability to vote in line with the constitution, section 67 of which states that &quot;Every Zimbabwean citizen above 18 years has the right to vote secretly in elections&quot;. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/06/2020 answer text <p>The Government is working closely with all local authorities to help them make payments to businesses in scope of the Small Business Grants Fund (SBGF) and the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Grants Fund (RHLGF) as quickly and effectively as possible. As of 7 June £10.22 billion has been paid out to over 832,000 eligible business properties. On 1 May, my Rt. Hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy announced a further up to £617 million available to Local Authorities in England to support businesses that are out of scope of the existing schemes.</p><p>Where a local authority has funding remaining after having paid grants to all eligible businesses, they will need to undertake a reconciliation exercise with government.
