answer text <p>Once diagnosed and with a management strategy in place, the majority of people with epilepsy can be cared for through routine access to primary and secondary care commissioned by local integrated care boards (ICBs).</p><p> </p><p>NHS England is responsible for funding allocations to ICBs to support the commissioning of services for the local population. This process is independent of the Government and NHS England takes advice on the underlying formula from the independent Advisory Committee on Resource Allocation.</p> more like this
