answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/04/2021 answer text <p>Nominations for military honours which are subsequently unsuccessful are not retained by the Government.</p><p>The Government has received many representations requesting that Lieutenant Walter Tull be awarded an honour in recognition of his bravery. Although his actions were no doubt courageous, it is a longstanding principle of our national honours and awards system not to make retrospective awards. This policy dates back to an Army Order of 1919 that stated that no further awards would be given for services in First World War. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/04/2021 answer text <p>At Step 3, no earlier than 17 May 2021, weddings and civil partnership receptions can proceed with up to 30 people either outdoors (including private gardens) or in any COVID Secure indoor venue that is not required by law to remain closed. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/04/2021 answer text <p>The Government has access to, and regularly monitors, data with breakdowns by ethnicity on trust in public institutions, trust in government, attitudes towards the vaccine programme and wider government policy on COVID-19. The Government also carefully monitors data on vaccine uptake, intention to take a vaccine and reasons for hesitancy. This is from a number of sources, including data from the ONS and other surveys.</p><p>There is a significant cross-government programme of work underway to increase confidence in the vaccination programme and to drive uptake among ethnic minority groups. These will all be available to voters at the elections in May 2021 and it is for individual electors to decide the appropriate method of voting for themselves, depending on their circumstances.</p><p>The Government has no plans to change the deadline for postal vote applications.
