This Government’s approach to them remains clear - we must prevent drug use in our communities and support people through treatment and recovery<strong>. </strong></p><p>Our Drug Strategy, published in July 2017, sets out a balanced approach which brings together police, health, community and global partners to tackle the illicit drug trade, protect the most vulnerable and help those with a drug dependency to recover and turn their lives around. The Year of Engineering 2018 encourages aviation partners to engage young people with the sector, such as the Royal Aeronautical Society’s ‘Cool Aeronautics’ programme.</p><p>Through its grant-making, the Heritage Lottery Fund supports the development of new skills to look after and share our rich aviation heritage and collections. Their approach encourages applicants to consider incorporating apprenticeships, volunteer training and the creation of learning resources to develop the STEM skills needed to conserve and digitally interpret over 100 years of aviation history. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/06/2018 answer text <p>The Khartoum Process has made good progress to address people smuggling and human trafficking in the Horn of Africa. The UK chaired two thematic meetings in 2016 and 2017 and Egypt hosted a trilateral meeting (Khartoum/Rabat Processes and Horn of Africa Initiative) in November 2017 to understand: progress to date; ongoing challenges; and the solutions needed for a joined-up and concerted response. The Khartoum Process has approved 147 programmes under its Better Migration Management programme and it also continues to implement the Regional Operation Centre of Khartoum which aims to improve cooperation and information sharing between law enforcement agencies to disrupt the people smuggling and trafficking rings exploiting migrants. The 2018 Italian Chairmanship is building upon these efforts with further thematic and training workshops alongside a review of thematic conclusions to ensure tangible future delivery. The Strategic Dialogue provides an important platform to raise issues of bilateral interest between the UK and Sudan. Key achievements of our phased engagement so far include influencing the Sudanese decision to open a humanitarian corridor to famine-hit areas of South Sudan, joint work on migration projects, and a commitment to engage on economic reform. More than £52 billion has been invested in renewable energy since 2010.
