answer text <p>We have taken the opportunity to review the returns, and have updated the records on GOV.UK to ensure full transparency on meetings with senior media executives.</p><p> </p><p>This was simply an administrative oversight by diary officials. This was an informal occasion in a social setting, and not a formal government meeting, it was not recorded on the return by accident.</p> more like this
