I spoke on 6 September with the Peruvian Foreign Minister, Nestor Popolizio, to discuss the situation, to receive an update on the recent Andean Community (Peru, Colombia and Ecuador) meeting in Lima, and on the Ecuador-convened &quot;regional technical meeting&quot; on Venezuela that took place in Quito on 3-4 September to discuss the migration crisis.
