<p>In June, my hon. Friend the then Minister for Small Business, Consumers and Corporate Responsibility met employers and trade unions to discuss a draft of new guidance on the application of National Minimum Wage to work trials. The Government will bring forward new measures as a result of that meeting shortly.</p>
