answer text While the issue of settlement produce is a subject of active discussion with our EU partners, the Government has no plans to take this further internationally. We are working together to ensure continued, full and effective implementation of existing EU legislation and bilateral arrangements applicable to settlement products. This ongoing work includes measures to ensure that settlement produce does not enter the EU duty-free, under the EU-Israel Association Agreement, and steps to ensure that EU-wide guidelines are issued to make sure that settlement products are not incorrectly labelled as Israeli produce, in violation of EU consumer protection regulations. more like this

answer text
Prime Minister Netanyahu's office informed our officials that demolitions take place where building has occurred without a permit from the Israeli authorities. And that – as per the Oslo accords – Israel has planning authority over these areas. They also said that they therefore have the right to evict people and demolish structures, where they consider building to have taken place illegally under Israeli law.
more like this

answer text
The UK Trade and Investment-Foreign and Commonwealth Office Overseas Business Risk website is the forum through which HMG raises awareness of the key security and political risks which British businesses may face when operating abroad. Whenever asked by British businesses about settlements, we set out the UK's clear position on the illegality of Israeli settlements under international law, and share with them our advice as set out in the online guidance. The approach we take to disseminating the voluntary guidance with respect to Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories is the same as that we take with respect to any of the other countries covered by the website.
more like this
