answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/10/2020 answer text <p>The Home Office does not hold this information centrally.</p><p>The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 lay down certain requirements that all vehicles have to meet strict emission standards and be constructed and maintained so as not to emit any avoidable smoke. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/09/2020 answer text <p>At the Budget in March, the government allocated £403 million to extend the Plug-in Car Grant out until 2022-23. £129.5 million was provided to extend the Plug-in Grants for vans, taxis and motorcycles to 2022-23.</p><p> </p><p>The government also earmarked £500 million over the next five years to support the rollout of a rapid-charging network for electric vehicles, ensuring that drivers will never be further than 30 miles from a rapid charging station.
