This includes amended advice to detect where catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters have been removed from vehicles where they were fitted as standard. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/12/2016 answer text <p>At the end of the third quarter of 2016 there were 87,366 ultra low emission vehicles licensed in the UK.
