All applicants who do not meet the minimum income requirement will still be considered under exceptional circumstances.</p><p>We continue to keep the family Immigration Rules under review and make adjustments in light of feedback on their operation and impact. We have also taken into account the findings of the courts, including the Supreme Court judgment upholding the lawfulness of the minimum income re-quirement.
