answer text <p>The common groups of persons who are not employed by the Department but have the appropriate level of clearance to hold security passes entitling them to enter Departmental premises are: holders of judicial office, non-executive directors, contractors, agency staff, and holders of the common civil service pass.</p><p> </p><p>Temporary staff and visitors to the Department’s buildings are issued with an escorted or unescorted day pass subject to the level of their security clearance.</p> more like this
