question text	To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many telephone calls the service Talk to FRANK received in the most recent year for which data is available.

answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/11/2017 answer text <p>During the financial year April 2016 to March 2017 Talk to FRANK received 94,760 calls. It should be noted that the Talk to FRANK service offers a range of contact methods and its customer support team also answered 39,163 emails, texts and webchat messages. question text	To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will make it a criminal offence for a landlord to fail to stop or remove a tenant found to be using illegal drugs in their property and then to take no action following the police notifying them that such is the case.

answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/09/2017 answer text <p>The Government has no plans to introduce such powers at the current time.</p><p>It is an offence for an occupier or person managing any premises to knowingly permit the production or attempted production and supply of a controlled drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. It is also an offence to prepare opium for smoking and to smoke cannabis, cannabis resin or prepared opium. The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 introduced closure powers which allow the police and local councils to quickly close down premises which are causing nuisance or disorder.
