This is set out in the government’s response to the consultation on design and operation of Tax-Free Childcare (<a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/318953/PU1607_Tax_free_Childcare_response" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/318953/PU1607_Tax_free_Childcare_response</a>) Alternative channels will be available for families who are unable to access the internet, or are not able to verify their identity entirely digitally, so that they do not miss out on the support available via Tax-Free Childcare.
