<p>In British overseas bases, the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) operates under UK law, which includes respective employment law and legislation.</p><p>UK MOD ensures its terms and conditions under these laws and legislations are extended to any respective subcontracts and subcontractors who hold the employment responsibility.</p>
