<p>The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) is currently reviewing the Register
of Apprenticeship Training Providers and intends to re-open it for applications this
autumn. I want to ensure that the register provides assurance to employers that the
training providers they choose have the capacity and capability to deliver good quality
apprenticeship training. Further details on the updates that the ESFA is making to
the apprenticeship register and the timing of its re-opening will be available in
the coming weeks.</p>
