<p>The working group on copyright and AI met under terms of reference available at
<a href="https://www.gov.uk/guidance/the-governments-code-of-practice-on-copyright-and-ai"
target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/guidance/the-governments-code-of-practice-on-copyright-and-ai</a>.
The group did not meet in 2024.</p><p> </p><p>In the interests of enabling candid
discussion of the issues, the terms of reference state that summary notes will not
be published. In the interests of commercial confidentiality and as the consideration
of these policy issues is still ongoing, I do not consider it appropriate to publish
notes of these meetings at this time.</p>
